Revit Model Project Review

A Revit Project Model Review is an assessment of a completed project, or a project that is at or nearing the end of an important design phase. Its purpose is to determine how efficiently and effectively Revit is being used in your office.

The review will be conducted either at your site or in our offices. We will analyze one or more project models, from one or multiple disciplines, depending on the organization of the project. We will extract data from the project and look at many different variables that can affect the project’s overall performance and have an impact on other disciplines. We will also evaluate how effectively the tools and techniques available in Revit are being used. Often times there are methods overlooked and/or undiscovered that will allow you to work more efficiently, and provide more consistency and accuracy in your project. We will compile all of our findings and suggested course of action in a report that will then be reviewed with the project stakeholders, where we will open the project and review each topic in the report.

The review will provide important feedback that can help you when completing future projects. It will also give you an assessment of your staff’s Revit knowledge and abilities, and help you target further training or staffing needs.
